no matter which video i try to watch on youtube it won't load at all, the icon just keeps spinning around, or it says loading... for ever. if i hit the "try the new beta player" it will just give me the message that the video is no longer available.
if i go to my brothers computer it will work just fine. I have already tried un-installing flash and re-installing, i have tried using registry patches, i have done everything that i know/what i have looked up, and NOTHING works... any ideas?

BTW google video, meta cafe, and EVERY other site i go to with flash video, will work... its JUST youtube that doesnt work
    B. love ok #1 would make sence, ill try that when i get home (im at school right now) #2 wouldn't because network traffic is already really low

inukjuak90 what you said is helpful, although kind of hipocritical "get rid of goole web excelerator, but dont uninstall or mess with anything that people tell you to" lol, but yeah... I already cleared my cache, ill try getting rid of GWA, but it used to work before even with it... but ill try it, if it works I'll let you know

p.s. i DID do "everything" that I knew/what people have told ME i didn't think about gettting rid of GWA... don't make assumptions! but seriously thanks
ok, that worked! thanks! but really... it doesn't make sence since it USED to work, but oh well

    Thanks again!

probably network traffic is high, or something..

    these will help you...

    1. Use Opera browser, it will load faster and smoother, and re-install latest flash.

get the latest flash player, and install it.. make sure all the browsers are NOT running during installation...

    OR..

    2. It could be due to slow connection or high traffic.
Try watching it during off peak hours, the video will be smoother.

Or you could watch it offline smoothly... try using 'zillatube' .

It works well - Just yahoo or google search "zillatube" to get it.

Obviously you didn't try "everything" that you claim you did.

Do you have the stupid Google Web Accelerator? If so, then
dump it, burn it, trash it, disable it, get rid of it, uninstall it --
do everything you can to get as far away from it as possible.
Trying to bypass GWA with "Don't Accelerate this Website"
will not help you whatsoever. That being said.....

If YouTube is slow or stuck, and you get advice from people
to install, change or update things:....DON'T. Your computer
and YouTube were working perfectly fine before, right?

It's never a good idea to go fooling around with java scripts,
firewall settings, flash players, antivirus utilities, registries,
pop-up blockers, different browsers, or things like that.

The first and best option should ALWAYS be: don't disable,
erase, uninstall, separate, alter, download, install or change
anything. Doing those will only make matters worse for you.
(Of course, you should get rid of GWA.)

You should also keep in mind that YouTube frequently shuts
down many of its servers without telling anybody, in order to
update stuff. If that's the case, your problem should correct
itself within a few hours or by the next day.

Whenever YouTube seems stuck or displays strange things,
empty your "cache" of all "temporary internet files", "cookies"
and "history". Things will probably be okay afterwards.

If you're not sure how to do this, or if you want extra tips on
how to make YouTube run even faster (all without having to
install, buy or change anything), then click on my avatar and
email me. I will lead you through "cache" clearing and my
other tips in easy English with full explanations.

Inukjuak, Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I was going out of my mind trying to solve the same problem, and turning off (for now) the Web Accelerator worked its magic!

You are a gift to human kind.
