So i've deleted some people from my msn messenger and removed them from my contacts list? Do they get notified or will they only know if they check and im not there. Also, will i be deleted from their contatcts list?

Not normally. However, if they happen to be using an addon like MessengerDiscovery Live in conjunction with Windows Live Messenger, they will be notified when you delete them.
