First it kept telling me my nickname was invalid, so I changed it in my gamespy account and now it tells me that the nickname is already in use with another password. Tried changing the password in gamespy but get the same message.
Edit managed to fix it. Changed username then changed password then changed username back and it finally worked! |

You have to lock with the players you want to stay with. locking ensures you wont get disconnected from them.
To do this (default controls) press f on your keyboard to open up the free ride players list and navigate to the players name, press right on the name and go to lock. he has to accept the lock in order to activate it. if his name turns green on the free ride players list, he accepted it. In case you don't know. (how to navigate in the free ride players list.) you'll have to use the numpad. 2- down 4- left 6- right 8- up |
