I know i still have that lousy badger phone that roman gave me. when do i get a a better phone? do i have to go and buy it or do i get it on a certain mission?

You receive a new phone later in the game (and it's free of charge); you'll come across a mission which requires you to take a photo, and you'll be given a new camera phone to take the photo with.

You can also reskin the phone and change its ringtone by buying new skins/tones from the in-game VIP Luxury Ringtones website; log on at an internet cafe and follow the link from the homepage.

You must advance throught the game to buy a better phone, so just keep playing an eventualy you will get to buy a better phone.

Playboy X gives you a new camera phone for free to complete a mission identifying someone- taking pictures, sending them to Playboy & waiting for confirmation.

After that go to Tw@ and download new ringtones on the VIP ringtones website.
