8600 GTS (256mb) or 7800 GTX (256mb)?Pretend you playing games that have no dx10 such as FEAR, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., age of empires 3, Ever Quest 2, Titan Quest, Dark Messiah, Far Cry or overall Which will you have? 8600 GTS or 7800 GTX?

If the 7800gtx is significantly cheaper then that, otherwise the 8600gts. It's supposed to be around a 7900gs' performance, and if i remember right, the 7800gtx isn't far off the 79xx series. So they're close in performance, though I'd bet the 8600gts has faster RAM.
